Ray County Court Docket is a private reference resource, not a court office. Official docket, calendar, case-file, and certified-copy questions belong with the Ray County Circuit Court clerk operation or the court that keeps the particular record.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private resource cannot retrieve a docket, alter a court date, issue a certified copy, seal a record, accept a filing, or provide legal advice. Direct those requests to the appropriate court or clerk.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the Ray County Circuit Court route that matches the request. Bring or provide a case number when possible. For a missing online record, ask whether a public terminal, paper file, copy request, or the subject-matter counter is the right next step.

  • Docket sheet or case search: start with Missouri Courts Case.net, then contact the counter that keeps the file.
  • Court date or setting: compare the docket with the scheduled-hearing result and ask the clerk for the current date, time, and location.
  • Certified copy or disposition: ask the custodian for the current copy, certification, payment, and return instructions.
  • Civil, family, probate, protection-order, or small-claims file: contact the Civil-Probate Office.
  • Criminal or traffic file: contact the Criminal-Traffic Office.

For county-level court files, the records desk is the Ray County Circuit Court at 100 W. Main Street, Suite 22, Richmond, MO 64085. The Civil-Probate Office is reached at 816-776-2335; the Criminal-Traffic Office is reached at 816-776-3377. The published circuit-court hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Staff can explain the public record route, but they cannot provide legal advice.
